Knitting Club

Gather to work on your current project and have a fun time with fellow knitters. Beginners welcome…just bring your own yarn & needles (size 8 in the 10 inch length are recommended for newbies). Tai Chi

If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This is beginner group who will meet every Monday from 10:00AM-11:00AM
