If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This is beginner group who will meet every Monday from 10:00AM-11:00AM

This program is a great introduction to storytime for toddlers. We’ll read a quick story or two and then dive into a toddler friendly craft to do with a caregiver. Warning: We may give your toddler tempera paint. Please dress accordingly.
Drop-in program with STEAM stations for all ages. We will explore a different STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) topic each month with different stations to explore at your own pace. September’s theme: motion. Ages 3+
Reading to dogs helps children build self confidence in a comfortable, accepting environment. This is an opportunity for your child to practice his or her reading skills for fifteen minutes, working one-on-one with a therapy dog and his or her trainer. Registration required.
This program is intended for children ages 2-5. No pre-registration is required, but we request groups larger than 5 to call at least two days in advance. The program lasts about 45 minutes and may include songs, fingerplays, and crafts, in addition to stories.
