This Storytime is intended for children ages 2-5.The program lasts about 30-45 minutes and may include songs, fingerplays, and crafts, in addition to stories. No registration is required, but we request groups larger than 5 to call at least two days in advance.
If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This is beginner group who will meet every Monday from 10:00AM-11:00AM
Come get crafty at Dawson County Library on the last Tuesday of each month. Our February craft will be! Everyone is asked to bring your favorite cookies (homemade or store-bought) to share with the group. All supplies will be provided.
