Georgia Download Destination & Libby
![]() |
Libby is a reading app for borrowing magazines, digital books, and audiobooks. You will need a valid PINES library card from any Chestatee Regional Library branch to create an account. It is compatible with all Apple and Android devices.
Download the Libby app on your mobile device and create your account to get started.
If you have a Kindle Fire or another type of Kindle e-reader (including Paperwhite and Oasis), you can use Overdrive or Libby to send books to your device through your Amazon account.
Are you still using the OverDrive app? Switch to Libby and enjoy the same content. The OverDrive app will soon be retired, but it is still available for Kindle devices for now. Please note that the OverDrive app is now only available on Kindle Fire and has been removed from Apple and Android app stores. Visit resources.overdrive.com/libby-faqs for more information about the upcoming transition.
