Library Legacy Tree

The Library Legacy Tree has been created to allow members of the community to honor or memorialize a loved one, or to simply show support for the library.  The Legacy Tree is composed of three levels of giving in the form of leaves:  Bronze leaves ($ 100.00); Silver leaves ($ 250.00); Gold leaves ($ 500.00).  You may create the inscription that will be printed on your donated leaf.  Each leaf will accommodate a maximum of 43 characters (including spaces).  If you would like to make a donation to procure a leaf for the Library Legacy Tree, please download this form and return it to the library by mail or in person.
